Return Policy

Out of the Box Creations intends to make sure this policy never has to be used, because your ultimate satisfaction our priority! 

Returns are accepted up to 7 days after the date of order and only if items are damaged due to shipping. To begin the return process email shop.ootbc@gmail.com include photos of damage and original packaging.

Fill out and complete our Return Authorization Form included in the email in its entirety and include in the return shipment, failure to do so may result in your refund request being rejected. We also suggest saving a copy of the form for yourself as well. 

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, we recommend using the original packaging and including a tracking number. OOTBC will not be held responsible for items lost in the mail. 

Once returned it will be processed within 10 days. An email confirmation will be sent once return has been processed. It may take 3-10 days depending on type of card or bank to receive the refunded amount. It can return to your original payment method, Paypal, or be used as store credit via e-gift card. 

Returns are eligible if: 

• Reported within 7 days of order date, must notify immediately @ shop.ootbc@gmail.com please include photos in original packaging. 
• Must be damaged upon opening delivery box, PRODUCT ITSELF MUST REMAIN UNOPENED if plausible, depending on severity of the damaged item.
• Return Authorization Form is included in return shipment and filled out completely.

• OOTBC is unable to assist if contacted after the 7 day grace period and without photos of the damage. 
• OOTBC will also not be responsible for missing items after mail courier confirms delivery. 
• OOTBC monitors all return and refund activity and reserves the right to limit or to reject your return if company policies are abused.
