Frequently Asked Questions

OOTBC products are FREE of synthetic preservatives, fragrances, colorants, and genetically-modified organisms. (GMO) We strive to be all natural and organic, we want to take the man back out of God's all natural plants, flowers, and ingredients. 

OOTBC is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and closed on the weekends and all major holidays! All orders are created, packaged, and shipped during this time frame! If you place an order on friday, It will be filled either Friday or the following Monday and will be shipped upon its day of completion. All orders generally require 3-5 days to be ready.

All products have a 6 month shelf life from date of creation, if properly stored. We recommend keeping the lid sealed tightly whenever not in use. We recommend storing at room temperature as well (70 degrees F), if it becomes too cold, the coconut oil or whatever oil its made with will solidify. 

Do not get products in the eyes, if it occurs immediately flush eyes with water. We also suggest keeping the products out of the reach of children. All products are safe for the skin but not recommended to be consumed unless stated they are edible.

The ONLY 100% edible products are our lip scrubs and lip balms and they do taste really good lol  Our body butters are considered edible since we honor their pureness, but personally wouldn't suggest lol 

Because of the nature of these products, OOTBC only accepts returns for damaged items due to shipping only! Our Return Policy can be found at the bottom of the page. Please also print and fill out in its entirety our Return Authorization Form and include it when you ship the damaged item back. 

All products are expected to be received in 3-5 days including shipping time. OOTBC does NOT guarantee this time frame due to USPS shipping. While all products are Priority Mail shipped and expected within 1-3 days, COVID-19, Holidays, etc could affect shipping times. All orders will receive a confirmation # once item ships so they can track at their leisure. 

At the time we only ship within the United States and all U.S territories via USPS Priority Mail.

You may place a back order, but please allow an additional 3-5 days on top of regular production rate due to inventory restocking.

Once an item has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent out along with your tracking number and link so you may track at your leisure.

Unfortunately once orders are placed, they cannot be changed but you may cancel an order BEFORE it ships. Once order has shipped, you may pay a nonrefundable delivery interception fee. If the shipment is intercepted, your method of payment will be charged the $15.25 Package Intercept fee plus any applicable postage. If the actual postage is greater than estimated, any additional postage will be charged accordingly.
